Battleground Strengthens Risk and Regulatory Advisory with Paul Minter Appointment

Battleground, a leading risk and resilience consultancy and software innovator, has appointed Paul Minter as a Director. With more than 17 years of international experience across regulatory bodies, consulting firms, and industry, Paul brings deep expertise that will further strengthen Battleground’s capability to help clients navigate complex risk and regulatory landscapes.

Paul has played a key role in shaping regulatory standards in Australia’s financial sector, including co-authoring APRA’s CPS 230, integrating data-driven insights into non-financial risk, and piloting AI for risk analysis within APRA. He has advised, instigated, and overseen risk transformations at major financial institutions and is a driver of industry-wide change.
