Background
This organisation runs toll roads and related infrastructure across several regions. Any outage affects public safety and traffic flow, so it needed one way to manage business continuity across every site and to see the data behind its decisions.
Implementation
Each site’s Business Impact Analysis, covering critical processes, dependencies and recovery times, moved into Battleground’s BIA module. Plans were standardised into a few templates that print or share with one click, and pivot-table reports give executives a live view of risk across the network. The Simulations module tests the response so every team knows its role.
Results
The operator replaced 162 separate BIA documents with one source of truth that every department uses. Templated BCPs stay consistent, the reports show leaders where the gaps and resource needs are, and regular exercises have lifted team readiness.
