Battleground bolsters its risk capabilities with new hire.

Battleground, a leading provider of resilience, GRC software and business consulting, has bolstered its risk portfolio with the appointment of Luke Smailes as Director – Risk Strategy & Technology. Luke Smailes is a proven leader with an extensive track record in driving significant transformation projects in risk, data and governance, digital and technology, regulatory change, and GRC systems. His expertise in APRA’s prudential architecture has seen him part of the industry group at APRA developing CPS 230, alongside numerous other prudential regulatory reforms over the past two years.
